From the moment I arrived, this hotel set the standard for what genuine hospitality should feel like. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The bed was perfect—hands down one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a long time. Quiet, peaceful, and cozy, it felt like a true retreat after a long day. The linens were soft, the temperature was just right, and everything felt designed for rest and relaxation. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, kindness, and quality in every way. If you’re looking for a place where you can actually unwind, feel welcomed, and wake up refreshed, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly pleasant and restful experience.
Front desk gentleman was fantastic and fun! Helped us park our camp trailer and made sure we were fine.
My Verizon wireless 5G had full bars here which was great for PvP and the TV had no input lag. Room was great too
Quick easy on and off I-40z we arrived and was give a card and told room 328 we carried all our items to the end of the hallway to find the last room was 326. I left all my items since I did t want to carry them all down stairs again. The attendant wrote the wrong number down, I returned to our room which was clean but the AC in our room could not get the temperature cool. We were exhausted and don’t want to move room. We slept well until around 4:30am when a small dog started barking excessively. We started to get ready for another long travel day. Stopped to look at the breakfast which looked good so we made a plate, it was decent and the breakfast lady was polite and smiled when she greeted us. Loss of one star due to the confusion and barking dog. This is a next clean place that’s worthy of a recommendation !
Pros: staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and had a hot tub. Everything was so clean and smelled so good. I loved the beds. They were so comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options. Also, they are pet friendly, and I did not notice any hair or smells. Definitely would stay again and again Cons: NA
Very helpful polite desk employees. Our Siberian Husky enjoyed her visit with us there. Lots of places to walk your dogs
Place was clean, bed linens were fresh. Staff was helpful. Good breakfast the next morning. Both times we stayed there. And they took pets. If I'm passing through again I will stay there.
I had a late check in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room and shower were both extremely clean and the bed was so soft I fell asleep instantly. I'd love to know where they get their mattresses toppers and pillows it was such a good sleep.
